Fundraiser Cookout at Tractor Supply

The lady tiger volleyball team had a huge success with their first fundraiser of the year. Savannah Tractor Supply offered the team the opportunity to cook hamburgers and hot dogs for their Pet Appreciation Week! They were generous to donate all of the supplies for the cookout. Everything we made was profit! The girls worked hard preparing food, selling food, and asking for donations even though a huge rain storm passed through. The rain didn't stop us! The community was very generous and we ended up making close to $3,000! This was a huge success for us! The lady tigers had fun working together and becoming closer as a team. Not only was the money a huge success, but the memories and friendships made today was the most important thing! I want to thank everyone who came out and supported us and most importantly the parents and friends who helped with the grilling of the food. A special thanks to David Vaughn and Kris Craig for grilling, Melinda Gray for helping me preparing the food, and Marcus McLemore for providing the grill. Also without Charlotte Frazier none of this would have been possible. New uniforms and gear are on the way! Here are some photos of the players working the fundraiser.
