Varisty Team Volleyball Camp

The lady tiger varsity volleyball players attended UNA volleyball camp July 19-21. The team stayed together in the dorms and had a lot of fun living together for those 3 days. We loved camp at UNA! The staff and players were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The team grew so much thanks to the outstanding effort at camp.
The first day we arrived and checked into the dorms Then girls were split into groups based on their positions. The first session focused on individual positions and concentrated on mastering your position skills. The players learned a great deal of knowledge from those sessions. The rest of the camp included team practice and team play. UNA player Taylor coached the girls and put them into a rotation and defense. She ran them through practices and drills for the next two days. Also she helped coach them in the games. She was great and the girls loved her! The memories the girls made at camp will last a lifetime. UNA team camp gave us fever for volleyball season! We can't wait to go back next year! Here are some snapshots from camp.
